Hello!
My name is Cayla Bradshaw, and I am the Owner and Founder of Enchanted Treehouse Preschool LLC.
I began my career in education in May 2015 at Riverhouse Children’s Center as an assistant teacher, where I discovered my passion for Early Childhood Education. To enhance my expertise, I pursued higher education courses, earning my Lead Teacher Certification in 2017 and my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2019. In the Fall of 2020, I obtained my Large Center Directors Certification. In June 2022, I joined the Durango Early Learning Center (DELC) team, seeking new challenges and opportunities. After two rewarding years with this exceptional team, I transitioned to La Plata Human Services, where I collaborated closely with the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) team to examine Early Childhood Education from a financial perspective at the county level. Ultimately, I made the decision to pursue my long-held goal of establishing my own childcare program, which resulted in the founding of Enchanted Treehouse Preschool LLC.
Outside of my professional life, I am a dedicated wife and mother. Along with my wonderful husband, Tanner, we are raising our three daughters in a manner that embodies the excitement and values I strive to implement at our school.
Education & Qualifications
Pueblo Community College
Throughout my college education, I successfully completed numerous courses focused on early childhood education. Although I don’t hold a formal degree, I have successfully earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, my Early Childhood Teacher certification and my Early Childhood Educator certification.
I have successfully earned my Large Center Directors Certification from the state via Colorado Shines PDIS. Additionally, I hold a Level 5 Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0.
Trainings
I have successfully fulfilled all state-mandated training requirements for Family Home Care programs. Additionally, I have completed the necessary annual 15 hours of continuing education, resulting in an extensive list of trainings and educational achievements accumulated over the past decade.
